# Use the Partner Program

> Find referral links, review earnings, and manage payout settings in the partner portal.

The Partner Program is separate from your customer-service agents. Available options depend on your partner role and account status.

  <Step title="Open the program">
    Select **Partner Program** in the app sidebar. If you have not joined, review the program and tier options before choosing the displayed enrollment action.

  <Step title="Review your account">
    In **Overview**, review your role, account status, referral link, and any required document-signing action. Use the portal's current terms and rates rather than an old screenshot.

  <Step title="Check referrals">
    Open **Referrals** to inspect the listed customers and subscription statuses. Distributor accounts also have reseller information and role-specific controls.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure payouts">
    Open **Earnings & payouts**, add your payout method using the secure form, and select the available payout schedule. Complete any required documents or review before requesting payment.

  <Step title="Verify the result">
    Review the earned and available amounts separately, then inspect the payment records and statuses. If a payout action is unavailable, follow the displayed reason; a pending balance is not a completed payment.
