# Understand plans, credits, and billing

> Review your Jaaxis plan, AI credits, renewal, upgrades, scheduled downgrades, additional agents, invoices, and cancellation impact.

Open **Settings → Plans & billing** for the current prices, allowances, renewal date, credit balance, and available changes.

## Credits

Jaaxis charges credits based on actual AI usage. Reply counts shown in pricing are estimates because message length, retrieval, and model work vary. When credits run out, credit-consuming actions such as adding knowledge or generating replies may stop until the balance is replenished.

## Plan changes

* Upgrades may charge a prorated amount immediately. Review the preview before confirming.
* Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
* A downgrade can be blocked when you have more agents than the target plan allows.
* Additional-agent subscriptions must be adjusted before some downgrades.
* You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.

## Billing records

Use the management controls to update billing information and view invoices or payments. Always rely on the live pricing screen for current amounts.

## Cancellation

Cancellation is scheduled according to the date shown in Jaaxis. Read the confirmation carefully: the interface warns when agents and associated data will be permanently deleted after access ends.

  Do not confirm cancellation until you understand the effective date and data-deletion consequence. This action may not be reversible after deletion.

After any change, confirm the displayed plan, renewal or end date, credit balance, and agent allowance.
