# Manage and schedule agent knowledge

> Search, filter, activate, schedule, attach files to, and delete trained knowledge for a Jaaxis agent.

Use **Training → Knowledge → Trained** to review everything your agent can use.

## Find content

Search by meaning to locate relevant trained items. Filters narrow the list by source type, including text, Q\&A, websites, files, and store products. Status filters show active, inactive, and scheduled items.

## Control availability

* **Active** content may be retrieved immediately.
* **Inactive** content stays stored but is not used in answers.
* **Scheduled** content follows its configured start and end time.

Select one or more items to activate, deactivate, schedule, or delete them together.

## Edit an item

Open an item to update its text, schedule, or attachments. Keep each item focused on one subject. If a fact changes, replace the outdated wording instead of adding a contradictory second entry.

## Store products

Product knowledge synchronized from a connected store is managed by that store connection. Removing or unsyncing products affects what the agent can answer about the catalog.
