Use the chat iframe when the conversation should remain visible inside a page instead of opening from a floating button.

## Widget or iframe?

* Choose the **widget** for a floating, collapsible chat available across many pages.
* Choose the **iframe** for a dedicated support area, portal page, or fixed layout region.
