# Connect a LINE Official Account

> Connect a LINE Official Account with its Messaging API credentials and the Jaaxis webhook, then verify customer messages.

Connect a LINE Official Account through its Messaging API channel.

## What you need

From the [LINE Developers Console](https://developers.line.biz/console/), prepare the **Channel ID**, **Channel secret**, and a long-lived **Channel access token** for the intended Official Account.

  Treat the Channel secret and access token as credentials. Never paste them into knowledge, screenshots, chat messages, or support tickets.

If verification fails, confirm there are no leading or trailing spaces and that the token belongs to the same channel as the Channel ID.
