# Connect Facebook Messenger and Instagram

> Authorize Meta, select a Facebook Page and linked Instagram business account, and verify messages reach the Jaaxis inbox.

Connect a Meta business page so Facebook Messenger and its linked Instagram professional account can use the selected Jaaxis agent.

## Prerequisites

* A Facebook account with sufficient access to the business Page.
* An Instagram professional account linked to that Page if you want Instagram messaging.
* Permission to approve the access requested during Meta authorization.

  A page already connected to another Jaaxis agent is unavailable until it is disconnected there.

## If a Page is missing

Use **Add more pages** and repeat Meta authorization. Confirm the signed-in Meta user manages the Page and that Instagram is linked to the Page in Meta before reconnecting.
