# Choose and connect customer channels

> Choose the right Jaaxis channels, prepare prerequisites, test each connection, and manage customer conversations from one inbox.

Connect channels after your agent answers core questions correctly in **Preview**.

## Available customer channels

| Channel                          | Best for                                        |
| -------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Chat widget | A collapsible conversation on your website |
| Chat iframe | A chat area placed inside a page or application |
| Facebook Messenger and Instagram | Messages from connected Meta business pages |
| LINE | Conversations through a LINE Official Account |
| Email | Customer support by email |

Store connections are documented separately because they supply business information and order actions rather than customer messages.

## Before connecting

* Finish a representative [Preview test](/en/build/preview).
* Sign in with an account that can administer the third-party channel.
* Decide which Jaaxis agent should own the connection.
* Prepare any credentials shown by the Jaaxis connection wizard.
* Confirm your team understands when to take over in the inbox.

<Warning>
  A third-party page, account, or Official Account may only be available to one Jaaxis agent at a time. Check existing connections before moving it.
</Warning>

## Verify every connection

Send a real test message from the customer side. Confirm it appears under **Inbox**, receives the expected automated response, and accepts a human reply from Jaaxis. Do not rely only on a “Connected” badge.
