# Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or Shopline

> Connect an online store, choose allowed order actions, select products to synchronize, and verify product and order answers in Jaaxis.

A store connection gives an agent controlled access to product and order information. Jaaxis currently supports Shopify, WooCommerce, and Shopline.

## Connect the store

  Store credentials can permit customer or order actions. Grant only the permissions you intend, keep credentials out of knowledge and chat, and rotate any exposed value in the store platform.

## Ongoing maintenance

Use **Manage** to change action permissions or the product selection. Use **Resync** after significant catalog changes. Disconnecting the store stops store actions and affects synchronized product knowledge.
