# 在頁面嵌入 Jaaxis 聊天視窗

> 使用系統產生的 iframe 嵌入固定的 Jaaxis 聊天視窗，並限制只能在核准網域使用。

若希望聊天視窗固定顯示在頁面中，而不是從浮動按鈕開啟，請使用 iframe。

## 聊天工具或 iframe？

* 網站多個頁面都需要浮動且可收合的聊天功能時，使用**聊天工具**。
* 專用客服頁面、會員入口或固定版面區域，使用 **iframe**。

  若 iframe 所在網域不在白名單，顧客將無法正常使用。正式站與測試站需分別加入。
