# 連接 Shopify、WooCommerce 或 Shopline

> 連接網路商店、選擇允許的訂單操作、指定同步商品，並在 Jaaxis 驗證商品與訂單回答。

商店連線讓 AI 客服在受控範圍內使用商品與訂單資料。Jaaxis 目前支援 Shopify、WooCommerce 與 Shopline。

  商店憑證可能允許顧客或訂單操作。只授予必要權限，切勿把憑證放入知識或聊天；若曾外洩，請立即在商店平台輪替。

日後可使用「管理」調整操作權限或商品範圍。商品目錄大幅變更後使用「重新同步」。中斷商店連線會停止商店操作，並影響已同步商品知識。
