Invite team members and assign roles

Team access is assigned separately for each agent. Open the agent, select Settings, then find Team.

Roles

Role	Access
Owner	Owns the agent and cannot have the owner role changed from the member table
Admin	Configures the agent, knowledge, connections, bookings, and team
Support	Works with the inbox and customer conversations without access to agent configuration

You can update a member’s role, remove a member, or cancel a pending invitation from the same table.

Removing a member immediately revokes their access to that agent. It does not delete conversations or content they previously created.

Review team membership after staffing changes and avoid shared user accounts.
