This guide takes you from a new Jaaxis account to a working customer conversation.

Before you begin

Have one of these ready:
  • Your public business website
  • A PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, or TXT file under 15 MB
  • A short description of your products, services, and policies
1

Create your account

Open Jaaxis and sign up with Google or email. Complete the verification step if Jaaxis asks for it.
2

Create an agent

During onboarding, enter your website URL or choose the manual setup option. Give the agent a customer-facing name, profile picture, brand color, and preferred tone.
3

Add trusted knowledge

Open your agent and select Training. Add a small set of accurate pages, files, text, or Q&A entries. Wait until each item appears as ready under Trained.
4

Set behavior and handoff

In Training, review Persona, Forwarding rules, and Blocklist. Keep business facts in Knowledge rather than Persona.
5

Test in Preview

Select Preview and ask representative questions about pricing, delivery, returns, availability, or your services. Check Sources when an answer uses your knowledge.
6

Connect one customer channel

Select Connect and start with the website chat widget or the messaging channel your customers use most. Follow the channel’s verification steps.
7

Verify the inbox

Send a test message through the live channel. Open Inbox, select the conversation, reply as a person, and confirm the reply reaches the original channel.

You are ready when

  • Your agent answers common questions accurately.
  • Unknown or sensitive requests are handed to a person.
  • A live customer message appears in the Jaaxis inbox.
  • A human reply is delivered back through the same channel.

Improve your first version

Use Preview to find missing knowledge and unclear behavior before inviting more customers.
