Use Training → Knowledge → Trained to review everything your agent can use.

Find content

Search by meaning to locate relevant trained items. Filters narrow the list by source type, including text, Q&A, websites, files, and store products. Status filters show active, inactive, and scheduled items.

Control availability

  • Active content may be retrieved immediately.
  • Inactive content stays stored but is not used in answers.
  • Scheduled content follows its configured start and end time.
Select one or more items to activate, deactivate, schedule, or delete them together.

Edit an item

Open an item to update its text, schedule, or attachments. Keep each item focused on one subject. If a fact changes, replace the outdated wording instead of adding a contradictory second entry.

Store products

Product knowledge synchronized from a connected store is managed by that store connection. Removing or unsyncing products affects what the agent can answer about the catalog.
Deleting knowledge is permanent. Confirm the selected items and source type before deletion.

A safe update routine

1

Find the source to update

Open Training → Knowledge → Trained. Search by name or meaning, then use the source and status filters to confirm you selected the intended item.
2

Prevent retrieval while editing

Select the item and choose Actions → Deactivate when the current information must not be used during the update. Confirm its status changes to Inactive.
3

Update the content

Open the item, replace the outdated wording, and select Save. For time-limited information, use Actions → Schedule and set the intended start and end dates.
4

Make the updated source available

Return to the Trained list, select the item, and choose Actions → Activate, or leave it Scheduled if it should become available later. Confirm the displayed status is correct.
5

Verify the answer

Open Preview and ask representative questions that depend on the updated information. Confirm the agent uses the new wording and no longer gives the superseded answer.
