Connect the store

Store credentials can permit customer or order actions. Grant only the permissions you intend, keep credentials out of knowledge and chat, and rotate any exposed value in the store platform.

Ongoing maintenance

Use Manage to change action permissions or the product selection. Use Resync after significant catalog changes. Disconnecting the store stops store actions and affects synchronized product knowledge.
